Christ seated on throne without back, right hand raised in benediction;
holds book of Gospels in left hand; [IC] / X[C] with overbars either side of nimbus.
Theodorus standing facing on left, holding labarum in right hand;
on right the Virgin nimbate standing facing, crowning the emperor; 
[MHP / ΘV] in upper right field; no further legible inscription.
Mint o Magnesia. Clipped.
